Lovely photos sent in by our service users – Jasvir Thandi and Kulwant Sembi, who have completed some of the activities contained in the recent Ekta Unity Care & Well-being Pack, which were sent to over 200 service users.

Simple activities like Arts & Crafts activities are allowing our service users to feel the profound satisfaction of completing a project.

Isolation exacerbates any mental health problem. If you are anxious or depressed then feeling isolated will make it worse…..and creative activities are a remarkably useful way for improving health and wellbeing, particularly for those of our service users feeling isolated.

Many of our Trustees have also received and made many calls to our service users – and it is lovely to see how Ekta Unity is working so hard even during these challenging times, to ensure we keep putting our service users first and foremost in our work”

Absolutely amazing and superb work by everyone at Ekta Unity – Thank You and Well Done.
