As frontline medical staff continue to experience critical shortages of personal protective equipment (PPE), it is lovely to see local people supporting local health workers by making PPE equipment for them. With all Haberdasheries, Fabric Shops & Suppliers closed due to the lockdown – many individuals have provided Materials and Fabric to be used.

NHS staff and Care Workers are routinely risking their lives to keep others alive – so it was only right that we should all join in supporting them during their darkest hour. It is saddening to hear about the shortage of scrub bags/laundry bags & face masks. Everyone has made such massive efforts, donating so much time and resources. It’s a reminder that it’s not all doom and gloom – there are so many good things happening and people coming together to make a real difference.
